Returns & Exchanges

At Mamma Bump™, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your maternity wear; if your fit isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

Package and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
